Balanced Entertaining with Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe Vera Gel is a summer staple as its moisturizing, soothing and cooling properties are fantastic at treating skin burns and irritations. Did you know keeping liquid Aloe on hand all year round can help soothe the digestive tract too? Just as the gel soothes our skin, the liquid has a comparable action on our digestive tract.

Also referred to as our gut, our digestive tract is one of our first lines of defense when it comes to foreign invaders (i.e. viruses). If our digestive tract isn’t functioning optimally, we can be more susceptible to illness. Supporting our gut health thus helps prime our immune response.

This summer as we begin to open our social circles and consider entertaining again to support our mental health, the importance of supporting our physical health is still of utmost priority.

Take the opportunity to support yours and your social circle’s gut and immune health this summer by incorporating health promoting Aloe into your traditional summer libations. Not only will your guests thank you for such delicious and refreshing elixirs, but their digestive system will too!
